Prompt and professional! A family member accidentally activated the immobilizer on our Subaru in a shopping center partnering lot. The next morning, I met Evans from Fitz Towing, thinking the car had to be taken to a dealership. He went through a few checks and was able to jumpstart the car back to life, no longer locked out of the electric start. With the car running, I only had to pay for the service call - saving $54 and avoiding lost time at work and, most likely, another expense from a dealership service center. what a relief! I offered to include a tip, but Evans said he'd rather I save the money, glad he could help.

Fitz towed an old Honda civic that was totaled. I telephoned ahead of time, and was told exactly what to do, and where to go.I brought my friend to retrieve his belongings from his car, and they assisted immediately. He paid to have the car destroyed, and off we went. We had one glitch, but it was our doing and the receptionist/dispatcher walked us through it. We dealt with two people, one tow truck driver and one dispatch or receptionist. Both were friendly and professional. Price was good, so it was as good of an experience as you can get considering the circumstances of situations like this.

Sean Woolard was my driver, he was of upmost understanding and patience with my situation. Would highly recommend this towing service and commend the driver again for his understanding and professionalism as well as patience. 5 stars across the board !!! Highly satisfied made a difficult situation a little less difficult, drove very safely and still got to destination much quicker than expected. All in all very happy with Fitz Towing Co ! Don't go elsewhere especially if you're a car person or someone with a car that has very specific needs. However be nice and respectful to your tow truck driver and when you call and you can expect the same respect and great service back!!.

So very grateful for this company! After my boyfriend's car died we needed it towed to a repair shop and we had a flat tire that also needed to be fixed. Paul was the amazing gentleman that helped us and made the entire situation stress free!Turns out, the car was a goner so we needed it towed back home the same day.We waited less than 30 minutes each time for Paul to arrive. We had two tows and a tire change for less than $150! It didn't cost us an arm and a leg!Thank you so much for your amazing service! You guys are a lifesaver and we will definitely return for any of our emergency service needs!

These people are amazing! When no one else would show up to get me off the freeway at rush hour, they did! They sent the nicest driver Paul to help us. He got us off the road and safe so that we could fix my car! I highly recommend them
